Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully as they are a binding legal contract, and we suggest downloading and printing it for your records.
You are purchasing enrollement in the Success Quarter Program of the Becker-Hill Women's Empowerment School.
This Terms of Purchase is the entire agreement between us. This Terms of Purchase supersedes any and all discussions, emails, online or voice messages you may have with Sylvia Becker-Hill, Becker-Hill Women's Empowerment School, or Becker-Hill Inc., or anyone associated with any of the aforementioned companies.
What happens after you pay:
Our secure payment processor is Stripe. You’ll receive a receipt for your records directly from Stripe shortly after purchase. Please allow 24-48 hours for communication from Sylvia Becker-Hill, Becker-Hill Women's Empowerment School, or Becker-Hill Inc. We reserve the right to delay communication if technical difficulties arise.
Refunds:
The contract is binding and payments are non-refundable. In case of financial hardship or death before the end of the payment plan exceptions may be granted based on merit and written communication of the student or surviving relative. By completing this purchase, You acknowledge and agree not to initiate a chargeback. If You initiate a chargeback You will be charged an additional fee of $200 USD. You agree that failure to access or complete the program does not warrant a refund.
In the case of Becker-Hill Women's Empowerment School or Becker-Hill Inc. being incapable - for whatever reason - to deliver the described services, a full refund will be issued to the student.
Payment Schedule:
All payments at the upfront payment price must be made in full after accepting these terms and conditions and before access to the Success Quarter Program of the Becker-Hill Women's Empowerment School is granted. Payments on the installment payment plan will have payments as specified in your package, with the first installment charged when making the first payment, and then additional payments charged every 30 days.
Delivery of material from the Success Quarter Program of the Becker-Hill Women's Empowerment School:
You agree that after enrollement in the Success Quarter Program of the Becker-Hill Women's Empowerment School you will work through the program material as it is provided and as instructed.
You understand that the Success Quarter Program of the Becker-Hill Women's Empowerment School is an online self-paced program with videos and downloadable workbooks and checklists.
You understand that all content delivered through this program is under copyright by Sylvia Becker-Hill and Becker-Hill Inc.
Copyrights:
You are granting the Becker-Hill Women's Empowerment School or Becker-Hill Inc. the exclusive rights to print, publish, distribute and/or sell your course work.
You are granting the Becker-Hill Women's Empowerment School or Becker-Hill Inc. the right to use your name, likeness, biographical information, and full and/or partial excerpt/s of your work.
You understand that the Becker-Hill Women's Empowerment School or Becker-Hill Inc. owns as the creator of the Success Quarter Program and the Becker-Hill Women's Empowerment School all materials used and created during your enrollment.
You understand that Becker-Hill Women's Empowerment School or Becker-Hill Inc. own all content and materials used and created during your enrollment in the Success Quarter Program. Any translations or republishing of parts of the course work from the Success Quarter Program, Becker-Hill Women's Empowerment School or Becker-Hill Inc. or usage of any titles or subtitles for products in the physical or virtual form need the written permission or licensing contract with Sylvia Becker-Hill from Becker-Hill Women's Empowerment School, or Becker-Hill Inc.

You understand that past levels of education, commitment to go through the courses and implementation depth vary between students and the choice where and how to implement can/will cause different levels and types/forms of results for different students.
You understand these programs are designed to empower you to acheive a high-quality education and help you enjoy the process of becoming an empowered woman and leader.
You understand given the nature of online learning that the results from going through the program are your own responsibility.

Confidentiality:
